MOvember is here again!

This year is my 16th year of growing my MOustache with MOvember and I hope you will help our team, the South Bay Mo Bros, reach $1 million raised since 2009!

I lost my father-in-law, Bruce Gibson, to prostate cancer, and now my three sons have a 50% higher chance of being diagnosed with it in their lifetimes. With this in mind, it has been my mission to spread awareness and raise funds for Movember because I believe they are uniquely positioned to fund groundbreaking projects and unite experts around the world to help men live longer, healthier and happier lives.

MOVEMBER HISTORY
- 2009 Through Movember funding, the University of Michigan identifies 25+ different kinds of prostate cancer.
- 2010 Movember launches the Global Action Plan for global collaboration.
- 2011 Through Movember funding, first Prostate Cancer Genome Mapping Project is completed, expanding the understanding of how prostate cancer works.
- 2019 Movember-funded research helps FDA approval of the first 2 precision medicines to treat advanced prostate cancer.
- 2020 With the COVID pandemic, Movember funds 34 projects to support the mental health and wellbeing of men and boys.
